Hey, sorry for the privately posted youtube videos for day 4 and 5. They are now public so check ’em out. You have now learned all the moves for the first series. Today we are going to do them as a sequence. I often alternate days with this series and the next series I will teach you (involving targeting specific organs). I’m going to ask you to do this series for the next 5 days. No, it is not because I’m too lazy to record subsequent videos. It’s because I want you to experience the feeling of the building and circulating the qi energy within you. I’m also being extra cautious to make sure you are able to circulate the energy so that we can safely move on to the next exercises in a few days.
